USC – 2010 College World Series Champs
It’s official – the University of South Carolina has won the 2010 College World Series. Winning a National Championship in any sport is a tremendous feat, but this one is extra-special for a number of reasons. Number one is that this is USC’s first National Championship in any major sport – and the second reason is that this is the final year that the College World Series will be played at the historic Johnny Rosenblatt stadium.
Congratulations to the University of South Carolina for being the best college baseball team in America. It’s been a pleasure watching you this year and we are looking forward to seeing you take the field again next year.
